Flexmode is a private, application-only community in Miami that connects entrepreneurs, executives and creatives through sport, exclusive events and curated experiences - performance and social connection wrapped in premium design.

The founders had a clear product vision and needed a partner who could turn it into something real and testable, quickly: a Minimum Viable Product they could put in front of early members and investors. The goal was simple to say and hard to do well - design and build the MVP, end to end.
