1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to respond to inquiries sent via our contact form or messaging channels, to deliver services you've requested, to operate and improve our website, and — where you've given consent — to measure the performance of our advertising.

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on:

• your voluntary consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — for analytics cookies, advertising tracking and marketing communication;
• contract performance — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — when you become a client;
• our legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — for responding to inquiries, basic site security and aggregate performance monitoring.

4. Data Retention

Contact form data: up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you withdraw consent earlier. Analytics and advertising cookies expire based on the platforms' defaults (typically 13–24 months). Server and security logs: up to 12 months.

5. Tracking, Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and tracking technologies to operate the site and measure how it performs. Non-essential tracking only fires after you accept it via our cookie banner. The tools we use:

• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, EU-hosted, no personal identifiers;
• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps to improve UX;
• Meta Pixel + Conversions API — measures advertising performance; fires only after consent;
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures advertising performance; fires only after consent;
• ipapi.co — IP-based geolocation used only when you submit a form, to label leads by country.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and reopening the cookie banner, or by writing to info@inigra.eu.

6. Data Recipients & Processors

To deliver our website and respond to your requests, we share data with the following processors:

• IONOS (Germany) — website hosting and database;
• Meta Platforms (Ireland / United States) — Pixel + CAPI advertising analytics, WhatsApp messaging;
• Microsoft (United States) — Clarity session analytics, LinkedIn advertising;
• Plausible (Germany) — anonymous website analytics;
• Google (United States / EU) — Workspace email, Cloud services where applicable;
• ipapi.co (United States) — IP-based geolocation on form submissions;
• our SMTP email provider (EU) — transactional email delivery.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our processors (Meta, Microsoft, Google, ipapi.co) are based in the United States. Transfers to those companies rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and on Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback safeguard, in line with Art. 46 GDPR.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@inigra.eu.

If you believe we mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

9. Providing Data

Providing your data is voluntary, but not providing it may prevent us from responding to your inquiry or delivering the service you requested.
